HIRING POLICY OF THE FIRM

.    No relative of the partners is allowed to work in firm either on assignment basis or on employment basis.
.    No married couple or In relation couple are allowed to work together in firm.
.    Each staff member has to passed thru three phase of interview.
       1) Written test
       2) Personal Interview by Manager
       3) Personal Interview by Partner.
.    Remuneration and compensation will be decided based on competence.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY

We emphasizes that sexual harassment and other form of harassment will not be tolerated. Unlawful sexual harassment consists of unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and/or other verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
Specific conduct that can constitute unlawful sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to:
.    Physical contact and advance
.    Demands for sexual favors or persistent demands for out of work social activities
.    Offensive or demeaning comments, questions, jokes and innuendo
.    Sexual colored remark
.    Showing pornography.

Procedure for Resolution

Employee will be immediately suspended from employment on receipt of compliant from any staff member (Male / Female) The committee of three member will be formed to investigate matter and committee should submit the report within ten days to the owner of firm. The owner have rights to take appropriate course of action in such circumstances. All communication should be kept confidential.

Dress & Grooming Code
Define dress code is required to be followed by staff member to maintain our professional image while working with client and well as to keep proper working atmosphere in firm.

Professional Dress Code

Shirts
    .    Full sleeved / Half sleeved well-fitted, ironed formal shirts.
    .    Full sleeves must be buttoned.
    .    Loud checks I printed shirts are not appropriate
    .    Striped shirts are allowed provided stripes are mild.

Trousers
    .    Formal contemporary styled trousers.

Footwear
    .    Formal leather shoes in black/tan colours.

Helmet
    .    Wearing of Helmet is compulsory while two wheeler traveling to both front sitter and back sitter.

WOMEN

Professional Dress Code INDIAN

    .    Ironed formal sarees of appropriate colours, worn neatly & appropriately.
    .     Traditional Salwar Kameez

Leave policy
Allowable Leave in year

    .   Sick leave : 5 Days
    .   Casual Leave :3 Days
    .   Privileged Leave:5 Days.
    .   Exam Leave :

    .   CA Final Exam:
       –    4 months pre exam leave. (other than exam days.)For first Attempt appearing for both group.
       –    2 months pre exam leave. (other than exam days.)For first Attempt appearing for one group.
       –    2 months pre exam leave. (other than exam days.)For first Attempt onward appearing for both group
       –    1 months pre exam leave. (other than exam days.)For first Attempt onward appearing for one group

       IPCC/ Inter exam
       –    3 months pre exam leave. (other than exam days.)For first Attempt appearing for both group.
       –    1.5 months pre exam leave. (other than exam days.)For first Attempt appearing for one group.
       –    1.5 months pre exam leave. (other than exam days.)For first Attempt onwards appearing for both group.

   Rules for Availing Leave
    .   Written application to be submitted 7 day advance for casual leave and Privileged Leave.
    .   Medical certificate to be submitted if sick leave is more than 2 days.
    .   Approval for exam leave will have to be taken before 5 months from partner.

      Rewards:
      Candidate who will clear both group (Ca Final) in first attempt will be given       bonus equivalent to Five times of is current stipend as bonus.

      Candidate who will clear both group (Ca Inter/IPCC ) in first attempt will be       given bonus equivalent to Three times of is current stipend as bonus.

      Rewards:

      –    Incentive will be provided to staff for bringing new client to the firm.
      –    If article desired he can print card with firm logo and designation.
      –    In every quarter the employee of the quarter will be announced by firm. Committee of two people and one partner will be formed for same purpose.

      Work life balance
   .    Proper work life balance is required to maintain in order to live peace full and healthy life by staff member.
   .    It is advisable for all staff member to join at least one sport activity.
   .    The firm should arrange regular programme to develop staff personal skills.
   .    One dinner/ lunch party should be arranged by firm in every quarter.
   .    One trip in every six month should be arranged by firm.
