Ethics for Staff

Following are fundamental requirement for person who is member/ staff of Varun Deshmukh & Co. firm:

5) Professional Behaviour

All staff Member & Partner should follow above ethical standard. Integrity implies not merely honest but fair dealing and truthfulness. Objectivity is a state of mind that has regard to all considerations relevant to the task at hand but no other. Independence may be defined as the ability to act with integrity and objectivity and be seen to so act. Professional competence implies the application of professional knowledge towards the achievement of the work objective and organization objective. All communication & other activity pertaining to clients work should be kept confidential. Under no circumstances, the employee behavior should differ from the professional standard set by the firm. In order to be Independent, the employee or partner should not take work of concern in which he or his relative have a substantial interest or decision-making power.
